• Transform HR processes: You guide clients in mapping and improving HR workflows within SAP HCM.
• Implement solutions: You work on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business ByDesign projects.
• Consult and design: You assess client needs, provide consulting, and design optimal solutions.
• Troubleshoot systems: You resolve SAP issues, coordinate developments, and document processes.
• Collaborate globally: You work closely with development teams, business partners, and international clients.
• Stay innovative: You track and apply the latest SAP technological advancements. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Educational background: You hold a university degree.
• Language skills: You have confident German language skills.
• SAP expertise: You have experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• HR process knowledge: You are familiar with HR workflows and SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting).
• Consulting experience: You have several years of experience in SAP consulting, implementation, and configuration.
• Problem-solving skills: You excel in analysis, testing, and uncovering client needs.
