Responsibilities:

Ariba – General/ Support

  • User support that cannot be performed by key users
  • User creation including activation in ERP and SF
  • Upload/review/activate catalogs – new suppliers as well as existing suppliers
  • Release monitoring, updating certificates
  • Introduce and activate new features (e.g., new search help) to the department
  • Testing projects and corrections
  • Support and collaboration on projects
  • Conceptual solutions to problems found
  • Interfaces monitored daily/weekly
  • User changes or issues proactively monitored (we wait for a call if problems arise)
  • No catalog version management
  • Onboarding of new suppliers is only supported to a limited extent (SLP - Buying)
