Elicitation and processing of personal data
When you visit our websites, our web servers store the IP address assigned to you by your internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, the pages you visit on our website, as well as the date and duration of your visit. Personal data, that we only need to process your application, will only be stored if you provide it to us as part of your application. Your personal information and data will be collected, stored and used only for the intended purpose with the utmost care and integrity. The provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are observed. In doing so, we only collect the data that is necessary during your application to adesso SE. We reserve the right to use data in a completely anonymised form for research purposes and internal evaluations to continuously improve our recruiting process.As part of our application process, we use an AI system that serves to optimise the application process and make it more efficient. The aim of this system is to provide you with the best possible job fit as quickly and precisely as possible. This means that we use the AI system to find out which of our jobs (in addition to your original application) might also be a good fit for you. In this way, we always pay attention to the protection of your personal data and the data protection-compliant processing of the same. The AI system extracts relevant skills and qualifications from the documents you provide, especially your CV. The data is completely anonymised before analysis. The anonymised data is then compared with our vacancies. The AI system is hosted exclusively within our european Microsoft Azure tenant. The AI system does not make any decisions. The AI supports the identification of matches, but ultimately a human always makes the decision about the further course of your application. Your anonymised application data will be stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods and then deleted. After the deadlines have expired, all data collected as part of the AI-supported matching process will also be irrevocably deleted. You have the option to opt out of AI-supported processing of your application. If you do not want your application to be processed with the help of the AI system, you have the option of making a corresponding notification. To do this, send an e-mail with your first and last name, the date of your application and the job title to recruiting@adesso-group.com . Your contradiction has no influence on the further course of your application and does not bring any disadvantages to the application process.
You agree to the processing and transmission of your data for the application process. You warrant that your information is true. You are also aware that untrue information can lead to the termination of a possible employment relationship.
Your online application
After entering and transmitting your data, it is sent directly to the server of our external service provider via an encrypted connection. All data is encrypted based on the TLS process. If you log in with the user data provided after your registration, the TLS encryption method will also be used for this.Following interviews, the application process for a management position at adesso includes an online-based procedure (called adesso Check-Up), which is carried out with the additional external participation of the company aestimamus GmbH & Co. KGaA. The following personal data is collected and processed as part of the adesso Check-Up: first and last name, age, gender, e-mail address, CV, assessment of skills, test results and evaluations. The use of data extends to the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the procedure. The "applysia" software is used to carry out a check-up. In applysia, the tasks and an online questionnaire (from the provider Hogrefe Verlag GmbH & Co. KG) can be accessed and processed. The software is used during the check-up to assess your competencies in addition to providing the tasks. Based on your entries in the online questionnaire, a profile with job-related personality traits will be created. As a result of the entire check-up, an individual result report will be created and shared with you. The hiring decisions are made based on the interviews conducted and the check-up results against the background of the requirement profile of the respective position. adesso remains the data responsible for your data. As a processor of adesso, aestimamus is obliged to process your data on behalf of the GDPR. A data protection agreement has been concluded between adesso and aestimamus for this purpose. aestimamus is obliged to pass on these securities in the supply chain. The data will be completely deleted six months after the end of the proceedings.
