We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Delivery Manager who can lead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge in .NET and Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics CRM, and must excel in stakeholder management, billing oversight, and driving innovation across teams. This role also involves contributing to internal company initiatives and improving delivery excellence.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in delivery management handling multiple projects or portfolios.
  • Solid technical understanding of .NET, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proven track record in customer management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing billing cycles, financial reporting, and project profitability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience leading teams and motivating members towards common goals.
  • Proficient in Agile delivery models and ITIL-based service management. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. 
  • Process-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills. 
  • Knowledge of account / project financial management.
