Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting & Solution Design
• Gather, analyze, and document marketing and business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional Emarsys solutions aligned with best practices
• Design customer lifecycle programs, omnichannel campaigns, and automation flows
• Configure Emarsys features such as Automation Center, Interacts, and Predictive Intelligence
• Creation of Customized segments and automation programs
• Content creation which includes forms and email templates
• Creation of Audience, CX Flows, CX Milestones and CX journeys.
Campaign & Platform Configuration
• Build and manage email, SMS, push, in-app, and web channel campaigns
• Configure segments, contact fields, data sources, and filters
• Set up personalization, dynamic content, and product recommendations
• Manage campaign calendars, workflows, and trigger-based programs
YOUR PROFILE
Integration & Data Management
• Collaborate with technical teams to support SAP Emarsys integrations with:
o SAP S/4HANA
o SAP Commerce Cloud
o SAP CDP / Customer Data Platform
o SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2
o Third-party systems
• Validate data sync, contact imports, event tracking, and field mappings
• Ensure data quality, consent management, and GDPR compliance
Testing, Deployment & Support
• Perform functional testing, UAT support, and campaign validation
• Troubleshoot campaign, segmentation, and automation issues
• Provide post-go-live support and optimization recommendations
• Document solutions, processes, and best practices
Stakeholder & Project Collaboration
• Act as a liaison between business users, marketing teams, and technical teams
• Support agile delivery, sprint planning, and marketing release cycles
• Train end users and create functional documentation and user guides
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in SAP Emarsys or similar marketing automation platforms
• Strong functional experience in digital marketing, CRM, or marketing automation
• Experience in enterprise or B2C marketing environments

Nice to Have
• SAP Emarsys Certification
• Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP CDP, or SAP Commerce Cloud
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-based triggers
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
