Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Support Consultant to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Concur support roles and possess strong troubleshooting, analytical, and client service skills. This role requires close collaboration with business users, technical teams, and SAP Concur support.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Manage support tickets, service requests, and change requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with SAP Concur support (via SAP One Support Launchpad) for product-related issues.
- Analyze system logs and audit trails to identify root causes and recommend fixes.
- Maintain system configurations including policies, workflows, user profiles, and custom fields.
- Manage and monitor data feeds (e.g., HR, GL, credit card feeds, vendor files).
- Assist in regression testing and validating SAP Concur updates/releases.
- Provide end-user support and conduct training or documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT) for issue resolution.
- Prepare regular reports and metrics on system performance and issue trends.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in SAP Concur support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Concur Expense and/or Travel and Invoice modules.
- Strong knowledge of Concur configuration and administrative functions.
- Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Familiarity with Concur integration (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, APIs, middleware).
- Understanding of travel and expense business processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
- Concur certification(s) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in global/multi-region support environments.
- Knowledge of localization, tax settings (e.g., VAT/GST), and audit rules.
- Exposure to Concur Intelligence/Reporting tools.
- Prior experience in a managed services or AMS (Application Management Services) model.
