Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to manage ongoing support and maintenance activities across various SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors, strong functional knowledge, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession).
  • Manage incident resolution, service requests, and change management through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, data, and integration issues.
  • Perform regular system monitoring, health checks, and audit activities.
  • Collaborate with internal HR, IT, and external vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Support release management by validating new features, regression testing, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Maintain role-based permissions, data models, business rules, and workflows.
  • Document solutions, configuration changes, and end-user support materials.
  • Coordinate with SAP through the SAP ONE Support Launchpad for escalations and support tickets.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics using SuccessFactors reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors support and administration.
  • In-depth experience with at least two core SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central + Performance or LMS).
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Provisioning and Admin Center.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors data structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) in relevant modules preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Exposure to integrations with SAP HCM, payroll, or third-party systems.
  • Experience with global support models and data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Analytics, Workforce Planning, or Employee Central Payroll.
  • Agile/ITIL process knowledge and certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
  • Experience in Time Off and Work Zone.
