YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of multiple large-scale IT projects for a key client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional teams, a proven track record of handling diverse project delivery models (Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Outcome-based), and a structured, process-oriented approach to execution. 


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects across development, maintenance, infrastructure, and support services.
  • Manage large delivery teams of 80+ members, ensuring high performance and team cohesion.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. 
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee project delivery in various engagement models: Fixed Price, T&M, and Outcome-Based.
  • Implement and promote agile methodologies and ITIL best practices across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured processes and metrics-based tracking
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and resource allocation. 
  • Provide regular status updates and executive reporting to stakeholders and senior management. 
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal efforts as needed. 
  • Managing stake holders including clients, partners and service providers.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 15+ years of overall experience in IT Services. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager handling large engagements.
  • Proven experience managing large teams (60+ members) across geographies. 
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects under various commercial models including Fixed Price, T&M, and Outcome-based models. 
  • Experience managing development, maintenance, infrastructure, and support projects. 
  • Proficient in Agile delivery models and ITIL-based service management. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. 
  • Process-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills. 
  • Knowledge of account / project financial management.
