Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP BTP Integration Consultant with a solid background in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing integration solutions in complex cloud and hybrid environments, particularly within the automotive domain.

Responsibilities

· Maintain and support SAP CPI iFlows, including updates to standard integration content and adjustments to custom iFlows based on business requirements.

· Perform proactive CPI monitoring to ensure operational stability, handle errors, and optimize performance.

· Manage Trading Partner Management (TPM): set up and configure partner profiles, agreements, Message Implementation Guidelines (MIGs), and Mapping Guidelines (MAGs).

· Support EDI integrations, including mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting of both EDI and non-EDI formats.

· Handle connectivity protocols such as AS2 and HTTP, including certificate management within SAP BTP (e.g., annual renewal cycles).

· Work with ticketing systems to resolve integration-related incidents, change requests, and service tickets within defined SLAs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues across cloud and on-premise systems.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 4–6 years of experience as an SAP Integration Consultant.

· Proven experience with SAP CPI/iFlow design and support.

· Hands-on experience with TPM, EDI, and connectivity protocols like AS2 and HTTP.

· Strong knowledge of certificate management within SAP BTP.

· Experience in support environments with incident/ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

· Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
