YOUR ROLE

  • Conduct tests and lead teams: Assume the role of test manager and provide technical leadership for a team of testers, develop and improve test processes and procedures.
  • Estimate resource requirements: Determine the need for test resources, justify this to stakeholders and estimate the effort required for test measures.
  • Report and test operationally: Report on the progress and quality of the software in a manner appropriate to the target audience and support operational testing.
  • Support stakeholders: Provide support with questions and decisions regarding software quality and testing measures.
  • Support risk management: Take on an active role in risk assessment and control within the project.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Professional qualifications: Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
  • Experience in software testing and test management: You have at least five years of experience in software testing, including two years in test management.
  • Methodological expertise: You have comprehensive practical knowledge of methods and procedures in software testing.
  • Leadership experience: You have experience in the professional management of people and are characterised by your assertiveness.
  • Education & Language skills: University degree in the field of IT & Fluent German and good English (at least B2 level) language skills.
