YOUR ROLE

  • Develop IS-U solutions: Design and implement SAP IS-U developments using ABAP and ABAP OO, supporting core IS-U processes e.g. billing, invoicing, device management, and customer service.
  • Support implementation & operations: Assist in SAP IS-U implementation projects and provide development support in productive environments (AMS and long-term support).
  • Work in modern SAP landscapes: You contribute to solutions running on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA for Utilities, with exposure to modern SAP development paradigms where applicable.
  • Collaborate internationally: Work closely with international teams and clients, requiring clear and proactive communication in a global project setup.
  • Stay up to date: Follow SAP innovations in the utilities domain and apply best practices in SAP IS-U development. 

YOUR PROFILE

  • SAP IS-U experience: Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U development and understand utility-specific processes.
  • Technical expertise: You have solid knowledge of ABAP and ABAP OO, including enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, and custom IS-U developments.
  • Process understanding: Understanding of utility business processes, such as metering, billing, invoicing, and customer service.
  • Development background: Have several years of experience in software development, including technical analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
  • Platform knowledge: You are familiar with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Education & Language skills: University degree in the field of IT & Fluent German and preferably conversational English skills.
