YOUR ROLE

  • Implementation: Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, Fit-to-Standard analysis, configuration, migration, testing, go-live support.

  • Process Analysis: Evaluate and optimize business processes, translating them into effective SAP S/4 HANA solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and data consistency.

  • Advisory: Provide expert recommendations on enhancements, upgrades, and extend options.

  • Training & Support: Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance to ensure successful adoption.

  • Innovation: Stay current with SAP S/4HANA upgrades and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical expertise: Min. 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP S/4HANA on-premise).
  • Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP Standard processes in finance, logistics, procurement, or production.
  • Professional skills: Proven ability in configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration within SAP environments.
  • Consulting Mindset: Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
  • Education and language: University degree, fluent in English and/or German (both written and spoken).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
