YOUR ROLE

  • Design intelligent contact center platforms:
You design and implement AWS-native contact center and AI agent solutions based on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Amazon Connect—from the initial concept through to stable production operations
  • Design agent and conversation architectures:
You design agent-based architectures, including tool integration, persistent memory, multi-agent orchestration, and guardrails. You integrate Amazon Bedrock agents as virtual customer service representatives or AI copilots for service agents.
  • Build contact flows and integrations:
You design intelligent contact flows in Amazon Connect, integrate Amazon Lex, real-time and post-call analytics, and connect external systems using AWS services such as Lambda, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch.
  • Drive DevOps and delivery for AI agents:
You embed CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CDK), automated testing, logging, and tracing (AWS X-Ray, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry) into your architectures, ensuring secure, repeatable, and reliable deployments.
  • Take end-to-end project ownership:
You support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle—from assessments and target architecture workshops to solution design and implementation—while taking responsibility for quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Advise and enable customers:
You translate concepts such as tool use, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, session memory, and multi-agent delegation into clear decision-making guidance. You create architecture roadmaps and support customer teams through architecture reviews, coaching, and knowledge transfer.

YOUR PROFILE

  • AWS expertise and architectural mindset:
You have several years of hands-on experience with AWS, understand the capabilities and limitations of core AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS/EKS, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, S3, IAM, and VPC), and design secure, scalable cloud architectures.
  • Amazon Bedrock and LLM agents:
You have practical experience with Amazon Bedrock—ideally including AgentCore (Agents, Action Groups, Memory, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails)—and understand what it takes to build and operate production-grade LLM and AI agent solutions. Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI is a plus.
  • Contact center and Amazon Connect experience:
You have hands-on experience designing contact flows, working with Amazon Lex, real-time analytics, and integrating external systems into Amazon Connect environments. You understand the requirements of modern customer service operations.
  • DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization:
You have project experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CDK), CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms (ECS or EKS). You integrate testing, observability, and security guardrails into your delivery processes. Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, BSI, ISO 27001) and AWS certifications is an advantage.
  • Consulting and communication skills:
You can explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and communicate confidently in workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
  • AI expertise:
You possess in-depth expertise in artificial intelligence, actively promote its responsible use within your area of responsibility, and act as an AI enabler for both customers and colleagues at adesso.
  • Education & Language skills: University degree in IT field & Fluent, confident English skills (spoken and written).
