YOUR ROLE

  • Design, build and maintain full-stack applications with C#/.NET Core, from requirements through to go-live, and take ownership of the technical implementation in your project team.
  • Develop and integrate AI-agent solutions using an orchestration framework such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI or Microsoft Agent Framework, and decide where agents add real value.
  • Design, develop and integrate Web APIs that connect applications, agents and data.
  • Package and deploy applications with Docker and Kubernetes, and support their operation in the cloud.
  • Build and support data-management and processing solutions on databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Timescale.
  • Explain technical topics clearly to colleagues and stakeholders, and share your working style through pairing, code reviews and everyday collaboration.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5-8+ years of professional experience, with strong knowledge of C#/.NET Core and full-stack development.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one agent-orchestration framework (LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework or similar).
  • Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in Web API development.
  • Practical experience managing and processing data in SQL, PostgreSQL or Timescale.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and teamwork skills; good English for working with international clients.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
  • Nice to have Java, Spring Boot and microservices experience
  • Databricks experience (certification a plus); MLflow and supporting ML/AI workloads
  • Exposure to Snowflake, Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance (GDPR, encryption, masking)
  • Prior experience as a technical lead or team lead
  • Exposure to European enterprise clients
