YOUR ROLE

Adesso India is looking for an experienced Atlassian Master. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining reporting dashboards for the BMP-Sales / CBO team using the Atlassian ecosystem. This is a business-critical role requiring strong technical expertise along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reporting dashboards for BMP-Sales / CBO.
• Configure and administer Jira, Confluence, EazyBI, and BigPicture to support business and project reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across dashboards.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Support the implementation and optimization of Atlassian tools in line with business needs.

YOUR PROFILE

Required Skills
Hard Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, EazyBI, and BigPicture.
Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and analytics within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Good understanding of project management and reporting practices.
Soft Skills:
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
