Development Specialist

We are looking for a talented Development Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software development principles and proficiency across multiple programming languages, including Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Java.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications
  • Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Java
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and integration
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development, backend engineering, or full-stack application development.
  • Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using modern programming languages such as Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases in enterprise environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, Product Management, and Architecture teams.
  • Experience working with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues, improving application performance, and supporting production deployments.

 

Technical Skills

  • Backend frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, Spring Boot, Django/FastAPI, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming concepts
  • Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
  • Familiarity with API design patterns (REST, GraphQL)
  • Version control systems (Git)
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest, Jest, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
