Lead Developer/Architect – Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer/Architect to design and support AI-driven architecture services across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud-native technologies, and system integration, with hands-on experience enabling AI/ML solutions within scalable ecosystems. This role focuses on architecting platforms that support AI workloads, data pipelines, and intelligent applications, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement AI-centric enterprise architecture frameworks and standards
  • Design scalable cloud-native architectures supporting AI/ML workloads and data platforms
  • Architect and integrate AI services (ML models, APIs, data pipelines) into enterprise systems
  • Lead design of end-to-end AI solutions: data ingestion, processing, model deployment, monitoring
  • Ensure seamless integration across applications, analytics platforms, and AI services
  • Drive MLOps adoption for model lifecycle management (deployment, monitoring, retraining)
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams on AI use cases
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
  • Lead architecture reviews, design governance, and technology decisions
  • Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security for AI platforms
  • Support modernization initiatives, including AI enablement of legacy systems
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms
  • Mentor development and DevOps specialists, providing technical leadership across the team

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years in software development, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership
  • 3–5+ years designing/implementing cloud-native enterprise solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Proven experience architecting scalable, distributed, microservices-based enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions and data platforms into enterprise ecosystems
  • Experience defining enterprise architecture standards, roadmaps, and design best practices
  • Experience leading end-to-end solution architecture from requirements through production support
  • Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring teams and conducting architecture reviews
  • Experience in Agile environments delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation

Technical Skills

  • Python, Java, or Node.js
  • AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Data engineering pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming, batch)
  • MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI)
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • API-driven architecture (REST, GraphQL)
  • Event-driven systems/messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus)
  • Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)

YOUR PROFILE

Education
B.Tech/B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; 5+ years hands-on experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, detail-oriented
  • Experience deploying AI-powered enterprise applications
  • Exposure to Generative AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, and compliance
  • Cloud architecture or AI/ML certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Familiarity with TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Hybrid/multi-cloud experience
  • SAP/ERP knowledge strongly preferred
  • Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt or ITIL certification a plus
