YOUR ROLE

We are looking for experienced professionals to contribute to the following work packages and meet the requirements detailed in the attached tender. Key responsibilities include:

Oracle to PostgreSQL migration for the LEDAplus application, encompassing:

• Conversion of complex Oracle Packages to PostgreSQL, including validation and testing.
• Conversion of Oracle Types to PostgreSQL (partially JSON), including validation, functional, and unit testing (pgTAP).
• Corrections in PostgreSQL or application code to ensure operability of migrated objects (e.g., Types, Views, Materialized Views) or to improve performance of converted objects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Will familiarize with application business functionality for validating the converted code.
• Clear and professional documentation of all relevant information (e.g. comments in the code).
• Close collaboration with international team members across Europe will be required.
• Proactive and clear communication with team members of different project roles is expected.
• Strong personal accountability and excellent problem-solving skills are expected.
