YOUR ROLE

  • Design and build Python services for long-running workflows
  • Build integrations with Workday, SAP and ServiceNow
  • Design PostgreSQL data models and run services on Azure
  • Own code quality: review pull requests, set coding and testing standards
  • Mentor engineers and help the team ship in small, frequent releases

YOUR PROFILE

  • 8+ years in software development, including 2+ years leading a team
  • Python: APIs with FastAPI or similar, async programming, pytest
  • Workflow engines: Airflow, Azure Durable Functions or AWS Step Functions; long-running workflows, retries, approval steps
  • PostgreSQL: schema design, indexing, query tuning
  • Azure: AKS or Container Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure DevOps CI/CD
  • Enterprise integration: REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and other authentication, error handling with Workday, SAP or ServiceNow
  • Clear English communication with international teams
  • Hands-on experience with Temporal
  • HR or HR technology domain experience
  • UiPath or other RPA tools
  • LLM or Azure OpenAI integration
