YOUR ROLE

• Design and build Anaplan models: You design, develop, configure and maintain Anaplan models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and you own the technical delivery in the project team.
• Create reporting and analytics: You build Anaplan dashboards, management reports and analytical views (UX, worksheets, Management Reporting) that turn financial KPIs into insights the business can act on.
• Translate Finance needs into solutions: You work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into scalable models covering P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Connect the landscape: You develop data integration processes between Anaplan and upstream and downstream enterprise systems and keep data accurate, consistent and reliable across models and reports.
• Optimise and stabilise: You tune model performance, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve the architecture as planning needs grow.
• Take solutions live: You support UAT, deployment, documentation and post-implementation activities, and collaborate with business and technical teams to keep improving planning and reporting processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Anaplan expertise: You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Anaplan implementation and support, including model building and administration. You know modules, lists, hierarchies, actions, formulas and model architecture well, and you have delivered Anaplan UX, worksheets, management reporting and dashboards.
• Integration & performance: You are familiar with Anaplan integrations and data management and have optimised and troubleshot model performance in live environments.
• Finance & FP&A know-how: You understand FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation, as well as P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements. Variance analysis, cost allocation and profitability reporting are familiar ground, and you can translate financial KPIs into meaningful management reports.
• Certification: An Anaplan certification (Model Builder or Solution Architect) is preferred.
• Analytical & communicative: You solve problems with a structured approach, manage stakeholders confidently and communicate clearly with Finance and business teams.
• Nice to have: Experience in enterprise FP&A implementations, exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics, knowledge of Power BI or other visualisation tools, and experience working in Agile delivery environments.
