We are looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure Lead who will take ownership of complex, enterprise-scale Azure environments. In this role, you’ll design and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures while driving best practices in governance, networking, and security.

You will work at the heart of our cloud platform, enabling next-gen ecosystems powered by AKS, Databricks, Data Factory, and more.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🌐 Azure Architecture & Infrastructure

• Design and manage multi-subscription Azure environments aligned to workloads (connectivity, analytics, identity, security, DR, etc.)
• Build and maintain landing zones supporting scalable enterprise workloads

🔗 Network & Connectivity

• Implement and manage Hub-and-Spoke network architecture with VNet peering and optimized routing
• Configure route tables for secure traffic flow via centralized firewalls
• Set up hybrid connectivity using ExpressRoute and VPN Gateways

🔥 Security & Traffic Management

• Administer Azure Firewall (Premium) across multiple regions (e.g., UAE North, US Central, North Europe)
• Manage end-to-end traffic flow including Azure Front Door → Traffic Manager → Application Gateways
• Define and enforce outbound control and DR strategies

🛡 Application & Web Security

• Operate and optimize Application Gateways and WAF policies (Detection/Prevention modes)
• Handle rule tuning, exclusions, and collaborate with security teams on policy alignment

📊 Governance & Compliance

• Enforce Azure Policies, tagging standards, and governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance across subscriptions with strict resource management practices

🌍 DNS & Access Management

• Manage Private DNS zones for internal workloads
• Coordinate with external teams for public DNS and certificates

🔐 Network Security Controls

• Define and audit Network Security Group (NSG) rules aligned with overall security architecture

✅ What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Azure infrastructure and cloud networking
• Strong expertise in Azure networking, security, and governance
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Azure Firewall (Premium)
  • Application Gateway & WAF
  • Hub-and-Spoke architecture
  • ExpressRoute & VPN gateways
• Proven experience managing multi-region and disaster recovery setups
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with AKS, Databricks, Data Factory, or Microsoft Sentinel
• Exposure to enterprise-scale landing zone design
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-700)
