YOUR ROLE

  • Validate insurance systems: You verify that policy administration, claims, billing and underwriting systems, as well as broker and participant portals, meet the business requirements and work correctly before go-live.
  • Test integrations end to end: You test interfaces to third-party systems and confirm that data and processes flow correctly across the full insurance value chain.
  • Plan and run UAT: You derive UAT scenarios and test cases from real business processes, prepare test data, support business users during execution and drive results through to sign-off.
  • Manage defects and report quality: You log, prioritize and retest defects together with the technical teams and give the project a transparent view of test progress and release readiness.
  • Bridge business and technology: You act as the link between business users, business analysts and developers, turn requirements into testable acceptance criteria and bring the quality perspective into the project team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Insurance domain knowledge: You know insurance business processes such as the policy lifecycle, claims handling, billing and underwriting, and understand how they run in real operations. This knowledge is mandatory for the role.
  • QA and UAT experience: You bring 5 years of experience in testing enterprise systems, including test design, test management, UAT coordination and the defect lifecycle.
  • Analytical and structured: You read requirements and user stories critically, derive clear acceptance criteria and spot gaps and inconsistencies early.
  • Collaborative communicator: You work on equal footing with business users, BAs and technical teams, explain findings clearly and keep stakeholders aligned in agile or hybrid project setups.
  • Tools and languages: Experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Xray is expected; basic SQL and API testing skills are a plus. Very good English skills;
