YOUR ROLE

• Implement IS-U solutions: Analyze business requirements and configure SAP IS-U modules to support core utility processes e.g. billing, invoicing, device management, and customer service.
• Support business operations: Provide functional support in productive SAP IS-U environments, including incident analysis, issue resolution, and process optimization.
• Bridge business and IT: You work closely with SAP IS-U developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Participate in international projects: Collaboration with international teams and clients, actively communicating in a global project environment.
• Drive continuous improvement: You contribute to process optimization and stay up to date with SAP innovations in the utilities domain.

YOUR PROFILE

• SAP IS-U expertise: Hands-on experience as an SAP IS-U Consultant and a solid understanding of utility industry processes.
• Process knowledge: You are familiar with core SAP IS-U processes such as: Metering and Device Management, Billing and Invoicing, Customer Service and Contract Management.
• Functional SAP experience: Experience with SAP IS-U customizing, functional analysis, testing, and documentation.
• SAP landscape knowledge: You have worked in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA for Utilities environments.
• Consulting background: Feel comfortable working in client-facing roles, including workshops, requirement discussions, and solution presentations.
• Education & Language skills: University degree in the field of IT & Fluent German and preferably conversational English skills.
