YOUR ROLE

• Managing projects: A strong IT Service and Project Management role with end-to-end responsibility. 
• Coordinate teams: International coordination and management of AMS projects.
• Leadership: Operational leadership of employees working across multiple Delivery Centers.
• Administration: Oversight of administrative activities, including support for new joiner onboarding and supervision of billing and reporting processes.
• AMS processes: Design, development, and continuous improvement of AMS processes, acting as an escalation point when needed.
• Pre-sales tasks: Close collaboration with the Resource Manager and active involvement in proposal management, bidding processes, and pre-sales support. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Bring experience: You have at least 3 year of relevant experience in IT project management.
• Use language skills: You are fluent in German and/or English.
• Show qualifications: You hold a degree in a relevant field.
• Know methodologies: You are familiar with methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.
• Apply ITIL: You have ITIL knowledge, ideally with certification.
• Education & Language skills: University degree in the field of IT & Fluent German and preferably conversational English skills.
