YOUR ROLE

• Client Requirements & Consulting: Collaborate with clients to assess transportation needs and translate business requirements into SAP TM solutions.
• SAP TM Solution Design: Design and implement SAP Transportation Management solutions to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Gap Analysis & Best Practices: Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations based on SAP best practices and system enhancements.
• System Configuration & Integration: Configure SAP TM settings and master data, ensuring integration with other SAP modules.
• Testing, Training & Support: Support testing, user training, post-implementation activities, and troubleshoot transportation management issues.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain project documentation while staying up to date with SAP innovations and industry trends.

YOUR PROFILE

• SAP TM Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management and related SAP modules.
• Transportation Expertise: Strong understanding of transportation processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• System Configuration & Integration: Proven proficiency in SAP TM configuration and integration with other SAP solutions such as SAP SD and MM.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Education and language: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT related field, "business fluent" English and/or German language knowledge, confident communication abilities.
