YOUR ROLE

Responsibilities:
•    Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for two teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
•    Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
•    Help teams understand and apply Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
•    Remove or escalate impediments that affect team delivery.
•    Foster a collaborative, transparent, and self-organizing team environment.
•    Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
•    Encourage continuous improvement and help implement retrospective actions.
•    Act as a servant leader, supporting both teams and stakeholders.
•    Coordinate dependencies between the two teams when needed.
•    Support the preparation and facilitation of Sprint planning and reviews and PI Planning.

YOUR PROFILE

• Requirements:
  •    First experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
  •    Good understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  •    Comfortable facilitating meetings and working with diverse personalities and nationalities
  •    Comfortable facilitating remote meetings
  •    Strong communication and organizational skills.
  •    Ability to manage priorities across two teams.
  •    Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and improve.
