Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Ability to independently implement technically complex requirements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for Salesforce customization and automation. • Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications within and outside the Salesforce platform.

• Support and mentor junior developers within the project context and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, integrations, and functionality.

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to follow best practices and ensure high-quality code standards.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance and maintain Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and production environments.

• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce's latest features, updates, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement in solutions.

• Candidate should be comfortable working in UK shift timings and be available to align with UK business hours as required.

• Be available for on-call support, as and when required, to address critical issues and provide timely assistance. 

Mandatory Skills:

 • Salesforce Development: Hands-on experience with Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Salesforce Flows: Expertise in creating and managing Flow automation, including complex logic and record updates.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Configuration, including data modelling and security settings.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

• Proficiency in Salesforce development using declarative tools.

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Apex code and Flows.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Certifications : Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I 


Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Scrum).

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Knowledge / CPQ • Basic understanding of API Integrations

• Certifications : Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II 


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and Flows.

• A strong customer-focused mindset, with an ability to understand and address client needs effectively and having a European/International Customer Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
