DEINE ROLLE

Key responsibilities

  • Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform, with code in GitHub
  • Build reusable Terraform modules for multi-account and multi-environment setups
  • Manage AWS networking: VPC, subnets, routing, security groups, VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway
  • Provision and manage EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53 and Lambda
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, including migrations from CodePipeline
  • Design IAM roles, policies and federated access, including IAM Roles Anywhere
  • Run security controls using Organizations, SCPs, KMS, Security Hub, GuardDuty and Config
  • Set up monitoring and alerting with CloudWatch and CloudTrail
  • Drive cost optimisation through rightsizing, Savings Plans, S3 Storage Lens and Cost Explorer
  • Design and automate patching, backup and DR
  • Review architectures and run PoCs for improvements
  • Track work in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence

 

DEIN PROFIL

Mandatory skills

  • 3+ years hands-on AWS
  • Strong Terraform: modules, remote state, workspaces
  • GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows
  • AWS networking and IAM
  • CloudWatch, CloudTrail and AWS Config
  • Python, Bash or PowerShell
  • Linux and Windows server administration

 

Good to have

  • Docker, ECS or EKS
  • Control Tower and multi-account landing zones
  • Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus or Splunk
  • Ansible
  • Exposure to Azure or GCP
  • Client-facing experience with enterprise customers

 

Certifications

  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate or SysOps Administrator Associate (mandatory)
  • Terraform Associate, AWS Professional or Security Specialty, ITIL Foundation (preferred)
